Had a bad experience with old worn stock grips in a rainstorm yesterday. Leaving for a trip this afternoon I stopped by to look at new grips. Told Joel in parts about my situation and he helped me pick out grips and personally walked me back and told Sarah about my time issue. Sarah got me right in and I have safe new grips for my trip. I would like to thank them for their understanding and help Chi-Town Harley should be proud to have such great employees !!

Just wanted to give props to Service Manager Mitchell Eliason. Today he spent nearly 3 hours setting up a return on my defective Metzler. He got the ball rolling and most importantly made me feel like a valued customer. I haven’t felt like that in a long time with other dealerships in the area!

My wife and I did a lot of Christmas shopping at Chi-Town and Lisa went out of her way several times to make it a wonderful experience. Had to do a return because of a seam coming undone on a jacket and she was so pleasant and helpful.
